The Fight Aids Cup 2026 Monaco united football legends and Formula 1 star Charles Leclerc at the iconic Stade Louis II on January 24 — not for a trophy, but for a cause.
LINVO AG proudly sponsored Cirque FC at the sixth annual Fight Aids Cup 2026 Monaco. The charity match raised funds for Fight Aids Monaco, the HIV awareness foundation chaired by H.S.H. Princess Stéphanie.

Fight Aids Cup 2026 Monaco: sport in service of solidarity
For over two decades, Fight Aids Monaco has worked to break down barriers surrounding HIV/AIDS — funding prevention programmes, supporting research, and providing direct assistance to those living with the disease. The Fight Aids Cup 2026 Monaco continued a tradition as the foundation’s flagship event, with previous editions raising over one million euros since the competition’s inception in 2020.
Cirque FC, captained by 2004 Ballon d’Or winner Andriy Shevchenko, took on the Barbagiuans Monaco — the team of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, led by Louis Ducruet — with Eden Hazard among those joining the pitch. Leonardo Bonucci, Clarence Seedorf, Christian Karembeu, Bafétimbi Gomis, and Youri Djorkaeff also featured in a lineup that underscored the growing international stature of the event.
The Fight Aids Cup 2026 Monaco brought together football icons, Monaco royalty, and a packed stadium united by a single purpose.

A night to remember at Stade Louis II
The sixth edition of the Fight Aids Cup 2026 Monaco took place during the International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo, adding to the spectacle of one of the Principality’s most celebrated cultural events. The match was broadcast live on TV Monaco and its YouTube channel, bringing the message of solidarity to audiences far beyond the stadium.
After a tense match that ended level in regular time — with Javier Chevanton opening the scoring for the Barbagiuans and Maxime Gonalons equalising for Cirque FC — the game was decided in a dramatic penalty shootout. Goalkeeper Flavio Roma made the decisive save, and Olivier Veigneau converted the winning penalty to secure victory for the Barbagiuans. It was only the second time the Barbagiuans had won the Fight Aids Cup, after four previous editions went to Cirque FC.
Eden Hazard was awarded the Fred Allard trophy as best player of the match. The evening continued with the traditional gala dinner, reinforcing the spirit of generosity that defines the event.
Originally composed exclusively of former AS Monaco players, the Barbagiuans have expanded in recent years to include major international stars — a strategic evolution led by Louis Ducruet to strengthen the media reach and charitable impact of the competition.
